Think of competing in the battle of the death, and then having to battle again against the best of the best. Scary right. This is Catching Fire the second book of the Hunger Games series. This past weekend I watched the movie, and I loved it. After the movie I instantly wanted to start reading the book. I loved the first book and I am looking forward to reading the second.

The author of the Hunger Games Series is Suzanne Collins. Suzanne Collins is an American television writer and novelist, author of the bestselling series The Underland Chronicles and the wildly successful Hunger Games Trilogy. Born in Hartford, Connecticut on August 10, 1962, Collins is the daughter of a U.S. Air Force officer and was a successful television writer before turning her talents to writing novels. Currently residing in Sandy Hook, Connecticut with her husband and their two children, Suzanne Collins is Amazon.com's best-selling author of all time.Suzanne Collins has published many books such as-

-The Underland Chronicles

  1. I've read the hunger games series also and I thought they were very exciting and well writen books. They were action packed which is why I liked them and the desciption of the action was exellent. You should read MockingJay because to me it is better then Hunger Games and Catching Fire.
